My Three sisters
I had wanted to paint this scene for a few years, knowing I wanted to paint it differently to my usual style but never knowing just how. Finally I gave it a go, deciding to try using only pallet knives & I just love it! The textures are beautifully rendered, and the colors simply explode.

Tranquility
Inspired by a friends photo, this scene reminded me of the many evenings I would wander home from an afternoon playing with friends and a time where all the children wandered the mountains until the light began to fade.

Moonlight in Winter

By the River
Painted during lockdown and at a time I was yearning to get outside of the four walls I felt I'd been trapped behind for weeks. I painted this piece as a way to escape and get back to the nature I had been missing so much.

Going back to my roots and the waterfalls I loved in the Blue Mountains. Fitzroy Falls was also a favorite of my father's and I was so pleased this brought back the same memories for him as it did for me.
